No, all of our content and training process is online. Once you purchase, you can take your training from any computer that has internet access.

Does your site keep track of my score?
Yes. Our site keeps track of every training and exam you take. 

Can I review the training that I take?
Yes. You can open and review any of your programs in your history.

Can I pause my training and come back to it later?
Yes. A training program can be paused at any time for later use.

How do I get help?
You can obtain help by using the support link on the menu, and sending a support request to us.

What happens if I forget my username or password?
